Complimentary 24-hour Help Desk Service

Receiving assistance from our Help Desk is almost like having a special Help Key on your computer connected directly to our email.
On every page of an INSIGHTMirror Ratee and Rater assessment there is a tab titled Help / Desk. When link is pressed an email form pops up where client can describe their problem/question. We answer requests within 24 hours.

Example: Forgotten Username And Password:
Question: I have forgotten my username and password.

Answer: On the login page there is a link you can use if you have forgotten your username and password. Click on that link and you will be prompted to put in your email address. Once you do this you will immediately receive your information in an email.
